Restaurant Skills

The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to develop the relevant knowledge skill and competence to perform effectively in a restaurant under direction and with limited autonomy, in familiar situations. It enables the learner to pursue a range of employment opportunities or to progress to further education or training.

There are 2 programme modules in this programme.

Upon successful completion of a minimum of 2 programme modules a Learner may achieve the required 15 credits for a Level 3 QQI Specific Purpose Award.
